Cap is a contemporary meeting or dining table which pairs a slatted wood pedestal base with a large round table top.

Designed by Roger Persson for Karl Andersson, the table shape was originally derived from the utilitarian form of a wooden cable drum. The table name alludes to the cap of a mushroom, which describes the variety in shape, size and material that the Cap collection offers.Ā As a result, the Cap table can be easily customised to suit aĀ number of commercial and residentialĀ settings.
The table is assembled by screwing the pedestal into the table top. Cable slots can be fitted upon request. To order the Cap table, please contact us.
Materials
Pedestal in solid wood in semi-gloss white finish and table top in oak veneer. Table top also available in a choice of veneer or solid oak, birch, ash, standard colours, standard stains on ash and white glazed oak or ash. Top also available in laminate (white, black matte, oak, birch, ash) and black desktop.
