CH20 Elbow chair

Originally designed by Hans J. Wegner in 1956, the CH20 Elbow chair was launched for the first time by Carl Hansen & Søn in 2005. The compact dining chair, which can also be stacked, quickly established its position as a modern classic.///Description
The Elbow Chair’s characteristic shape centres upon a steam-bent backrest, which is crafted from a single piece of solid wood. This provides elbow and lower back support which enables a variety of sitting positions, and makes the chair suitable for working at a table or desk. 

Further strength and stability comes from the unique seat base, made from 11-ply wood laminate, which removes the need for crosspieces between the legs. This chair stacks up to four pieces.
