The pendant Dipping Light takes the concept of a 'pop of colour', and elevates it to a new, illuminated level. It is available in three sizes and a choice of richly saturated hues, which can be mixed and combined to mesmerising effect.///Description
Jordi Canudas is a designer who experiments with light, seeking ways to be surprised and learn from it. The Dipping Light was created by chance, following Canudas dipping a lit bulb into paint several times. The paint becomes the shade, with the various layers dyeing concentric circles that capture the light, moderating its intensity.
Each lamp is hand dipped, with the artisanal process meaning that each is a unique and exclusive creation. The contemporary lighting collection from Marset spans table, portable, wall and pendant versions.
The Dipping pendant light is available in three sizes and in a choice of colours.
Materials
Hand-blown glass lamp in glossy white with different layers of paint. A polycarbonate cover at the top rounds out the spherical shape. Black electrical cord.
