Designer Nanna Ditzel worked with her husband Jørgen Ditzel in 1953 to create an easy chair that truly suited the human form, and would allow for a variety of sitting positions. The Ditzel lounge chair features a gently curved upholstered shell which provides a high level of comfort and a touch of seclusion to the sitter, while looking great from every angle.
Cosy, comfortable yet sophisticated, the Ditzel easy chair is well suited to homes, lobbies, lounges and reception areas.
Materials
Legs of solid wood mounted directly into the chair body with metal thread. Upholstered body made of high pressure PUR-foam enforced with steel frame. Upholstered in sheepskin. Also available upholstered in fabric with piping in fabric or leather.
