Ex-display pieces may show signs of wear but are generally in very good condition - we're simply refreshing our showroom display.
This piece is available to view at our showroom and is ready for immediate delivery.
Condition: Good condition; however, broken legs.
A coffee or side table constructed using sections of 28 x 28 mm North American Douglas Fir. The No.5 Series tables are elegantly constructed using classic joinery techniques and are both visually and physically light.///Description
Their formal shape allows them to fit comfortably in a wide variety of different interiors, while the accentuated wood grain on each section gives every piece individuality and character.
Initially launched to critical acclaim in 2009, the SCP Boxed Collection challenged designers to create smaller-scale pieces that fit within the dimensions of a standard DHL international shipping box (480 x 400 x 390mm). More broadly, the aim was to design objects that could be easily carried out of a store or efficiently shipped via e-commerce.
For 2025, SCP has revisited the Boxed Collection brief, inviting a mix of established designers and emerging talent to explore the concept once again. With no restrictions on material, the brief encourages a diverse range of product typologies, reflecting the evolving landscape of contemporary design.
