The Story

A refined mid-century low table designed by Junzo Sakakura and manufactured by Tendo Mokko in the 1960s. The piece features a clean, architectural profile with a warm teak frame and a durable Formica top, embodying the harmonious balance between traditional Japanese craftsmanship and modernist design principles. The elegantly tapered beech legs provide a light, floating presence while ensuring structural stability, making this table both functional and sculptural within a minimalist interior.

Condition Report
The Formica top has some surface marks and a small circular dent approximately 3.5 cm in diameter with a hairline crack. With some general surface marks and scratches to the legs commensurate with use and age. Otherwise, the table is structurally sound.///Description
