Kolho dining chair

The Kolho dining chair was created by Matthew Day Jackson for Finish design company Made by Choice in collaboration with Formica. The plywood and laminate chair is available in six different colours: Spectrum green, tahiti blue, rose, earth diamond black and space rainbow.///Description
The Kolho collection takes its name from a small town in Finland and is released in celebration of the 50th anniversary of the NASA Apollo 11 moon landing. The design takes inspiration from both with the elegant tapered form of the plywood legs imitating the Finnish landscape, and the brightly coloured laminate surface that is derived from a scaled projection of the moon's surface.
