The Story
The bomb damage suffered in Kentish Town during World War II resulted in several infill housing schemes by both Camden Council and individual young architects, such as Richard Burton, Ted Cullinan and Tom Kay, who chose to build innovative and affordable homes for themselves.
This guide begins at Kentish Town Station and weaves its way to Camden, taking in notable buildings, as well as some lesser known gems such as the Corbusian houses designed by David Wild.///Description
Perambulations is a series of carefully curated and informative neighbourhood architecture walks and cycle rides created by Stefi Orazi. Featuring illustrations from Jay Cover, each guide is litho printed in two colours using plant-based inks on FSC-certified paper.
