Adaptable, light-weight and strong, the Result chair is suitable for a wide range of applications. Its base is formed from cutout sheets of steel, which help defines its utilitarian look, while providing a high level of strength and durability. The relaunched chair provides a wide choice of seat colours and wood finishes, allowing the dining chairs to easily compliment any interior setting.
Originally designed by Wim Rietveld and Friso Kramer in 1959, there are Result chairs produced over 50 years ago which are still in use today, bearing testament to the chairs' strength and enduring popularity.
Materials
Moulded plywood seat and back. Top veneer in oak. Steel sheet legs with gliders.
