Margo Selby is a renowned British artist, textile designer and weaver, whose output focuses on colour and geometric form. In 2021, Selby was awarded the Turner Medal for Britain’s Greatest Colourist. An alumni of Chelsea College of Art, the Royal College of Art and National d’Art in Paris, she established her eponymous weaving studio in 2012. Vexillum embodies her tenet Art-Into-Industry, considering both form and function – whether as an art piece, or a rug in a domestic setting.
