Initiate Your Request
Log into your SCP account and select the order containing the home goods you wish to return to receive a prepaid shipping label.
Pack with Care
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
